Whats the difference between XP Home Edition and XP Professional? Whats better about Professional?

Professional has more advanced networking options, has improved security, and has a few more useful utilities.

If this is for the average home computer, XP Home will be fine.

Does XP Professionals have Nero burner on it? or do you have to download it?

Nero doesnt come with either version, you need to purchase it seperatly.
