I am a novice in the computer world so please bare with me. Anway, I just bought a hp pavilion dv6000t for my wife for Christmas with an Intel 1.60ghz dual core processor and 1 gb of ram. It is being built with XP Media Center and not XP professional, is this a problem? I was told from someone that XP Home (and Media Center) does not take advantage of the dual core processor, is this true? If so, I guess I wasted my $$ on the processor. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
