xp pro sp2 VS. xp 64 bit

Would there be any performance increase or loss by switching to 64bit xp?

you can adlocate more memory and it can use a 64 bit processor fully

well kinda. its not that noticable but if you want more then 3 gb or ram you need a 64 bit os

You wont notice any difference, the 64 bit version allows more then 4GB of RAM, but other then that theres really no difference now since very few programs are 64 bit.

If anything you'll have more problems because many drivers still won't work in a 64-bit atmosphere.
