XP services

hi, which services are unneeded on xp and i can safely turn off??
i used to follow advice on blackviper.com but that seams to be down.
Can anyone post a list of services to turn off?

If you have non-networked system you can turn off computer browser, Distributed Link Tracking Client, Messenger, and if you dont have a UPS, you can trun off the Uninterruptable Power Supply, if you don't like reporting errors you can turn off Error Reporting, you can turn off IPSEC if you're not a telecommuter, and unless you want people changing your registry remotely, you can trun off Remote Registry Service, and if you don't want remote users to log on to your PC, turn off Telnet, and if you don't want Windows Time always synicing with the internet, (not very efficient), then turn that service off.
