XRDP for Windows

I know that on Windows, you can not act as a Remote Desktop Host Server unless you have Windows XP Pro (Maybe MCE...haven't tried), Windows Vista Pro or Higher, or Windows 7 and 8 Pro or higher, but for Windows 7 Home Premium, is there any Third Party Software like XRDP on Linux that I can use...

...Legally obviously.

It's not as slick, but I've used VNC. It's more of a remote control than RDP but I've used it for an RDP replacement before.

try this. http://www.rdesktop.org/ (guessing since it is a direct link from xrdp). and on their splash page it does say
[SIZE=+1]rdesktop is an open source client for Windows Remote Desktop Services, capable of natively speaking Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) in order to present the user's Windows desktop. rdesktop is known to work with Windows versions such as NT 4 Terminal Server, 2000, XP, 2003, 2003 R2, Vista, 2008, 7, and 2008 R2.
