It's not like you open the message and it will infect your computer. Just don't click any links or open any attachments.

If you don't know the sender, delete it....

If something's in the Spam folder it's usually there because either the sender has been identified by Yahoo as Spamtastic, or something in the message's title or body has been identified as questionable.

Like the man said: If it's in the Spam folder and not from an address which you were expecting a specific message from (some legit places warn you that messages from their domain may end up in Spam) then I usually just kill it without opening it. Select all, delete...

OOooor.... you COULD create a folder in your Yahoo account which is called "Pandora's Box", and put all questionable messages in there. Then it will be like.... all mysterious and forbidden and stuff.

But seroiusly though, probably ok to just go ahead and delete it if you don't recognize the sender. OH but if it's the Prince of Nigeria, tell him I am still waiting for my $10 Million....... :D
