Youtube drawings

Is there a program that allows you to record every move that you make while on the computer. I have been to Youtube and seen some videos of people drawing a picture on MS Paint and this program will record every move that that the person makes so that when you are done you can make a video of it.

What is the name of those programs so that i can get my hands on one.
