Youtube. How to reply to an old comment?

I feel like an idiot, but I've been a member of youtube for over a year now and I seem to have this problem of people replying to my comments and then their replies get lost in thousands.

The only way I know how to reply to a comment is to manually look through all comments and find it. Is there a way to reply to a comment directly through the main login page where it shows the comments?

I know it's kinda hard I check replys through my Email and It's usually the last on the page

So it's not just me, everyone has to do the needle in the haystack... I hate youtube sometimes.

It's easy to get into a fight with complete strangers too. I have 2 fights going on right now fyi
