On my profile on youtube people can leave comments. When I click to delete one it doesn't actually delete it how come? Do you guys have the same problem?

Edit I also realise that if you go on settings and tick off the comment box (show not to display it) and ufter i click update profile, it says its updated but its not. I'm getting quite angry what is the problem with youtube?
