YouTube slow?

Anyone else experiencing YouTube being slow? I've noticed it for about a week. I'll be watching a video and right in the middle it'll stop buffering. Sometimes it won't start buffering at all even at 360p.

I thought it was my internet connection so I did some tests. Restart the modem and router, try both wireless and wired connection, even used both my computers and in all those tests YouTube was slow.

I then tried watching videos on Vimeo and they were playing perfectly even on HD and I only have a 3 down connection.

It's YouTube. It's been garbage for a while.

It used to be so much better, then when Google started to play with it, it turned to trash. Don't even bother using it now :/
