I opened my account about four days ago now, but I only have a total of 82 views over 9 videos. Is this normal, and can anyone help me find a way to get more? I want to get partnering by making videos about the weather.

Yea 82 views in 4 days is normal. I would suggest you put longer titles for your videos so that more search terms come in it. The content that you videos have are the main things that will get traffic to your channel. Have good descriptions and many tags. You should also link your website with your channel and videos.
