Does anybody know the differences between the FX70 and FX100 in terms of heat dissipation, based on the Z170 chipset and Intel's Core i7 6700k processor?

Hey buddy the fx70 is a great heatsing and i was using it with my Intel i7 4790k overcloced at about 4.70GHz it never got over 70 degrees celcius while running 100% load. Now i replaced it with a watercooling kit.(Rajitech triton kit)
Now what about the fx100?? I am using it on my 2nd PC which has a Intel Xeon E3-1275 v5 running at 3.50GHz it is running 100% load 70degrees celcius.
Over all i prefer a bit more the fx100 so yea
