Zalman Thermal Paste?

My new Zalman cooler came with a tube of thermal paste.
Here's what it says on the tube:

*Typical Properties
Main material: Zync Oxide
Thermal Conductivity: 1.2W/mK

Anyone used this stuff before? I was wondering whether it would be better than IC7 or AS-5...
 
AS5 used to be the definitive best stuff out there, but now there are a few pastes better such as shin etsu, MX-2, TX-2, etc. Probably quite a bit better than that zalman though, iirc AS5 is 8W/mk
