Machin3 New Member Mar 2, 2009 #1 I bought a new cpu heatsink from ZeroTherm and everytime I screw the Heatsink in, the computer wont start. But if I place the heatsink on the cpu w/o screwing it in, the computer works fine. Wat could be the problem?

ScOuT VIP Member Mar 2, 2009 #3 Or screwing it down too tight. Just get it nice and firm...don't torque it down...just firm.
