ZeroTherm Problem

I bought a new cpu heatsink from ZeroTherm and everytime I screw the Heatsink in, the computer wont start. But if I place the heatsink on the cpu w/o screwing it in, the computer works fine. Wat could be the problem?

Sounds like your grounding something out.

Or screwing it down too tight. Just get it nice and firm...don't torque it down...just firm.
