Zune Help

I get this error when I try to play any subscription music on my zune software. Zune support is non-existent so I really need some help.

I already reinstalled the program. What is going on?

Oh, the brilliant zune support finally say their server is messed up. Never mind.

I love my Zune, but I wish Microsoft would actually back the damn thing. I know they decided to scrap it already, but it would have made a great ipod rival had they actually had some faith in it.
