I have pushed my card as far as I could lol. I've had the card for a year and a half and about 5 months ago it started acting up. I only use one loop for CPU and Video card. I have never had any problems.

I have a water block on my 5970 at stock settings, its a million times better because there is no noise at all without the fan. Its very nice. I used to have it OC but its pretty much on its last leg now and doesn't stay stable anymore haha.

I bet it's the PSU, I had a build where the 4pin mobo connector didn't work but the other mobo connector did so the little light on the mobo would light up but it wouldn't post. confused me for a while.

I'd say only if you could find a 570 for that price.

More is better for eyefinity. My 5970 only has 1 GB on each GPU, 2 for each would be much better for my eyefinity setup. I'd go for another 6950 with 2GB. Like stated above you do not get all 3 GB, only 2.

The size of the monitor doesn't matter. It's the resolution that matters.

I bought this game on steam not knowing it didn't coem with the 64.exe soooo stupid. The 32 bit version doens't work.

they are pretty much the exact same. The 6990 does better in some games while the 590 does a bit better in others. Its just going to come down to which you like more.

uhh...I dont' think Infinity ward is around anymore, and if it is well it's crippled as hell. The new MW3 game will probably not be nearly as good as the first one.
