is this all i need to make a coustom computer?

Wouldnt worry about it, some china offbrand it sounds like.

i dont think it is i found this on the web

http://www.atxpowersupplies.com/newton-power-supplies.php

it says
Newton power supplies are hard to find. We've searched high and low to find the Newton manufacturer without any luck. (If Newton happens to read this can you please contact us so we can buy your power supplies? :) ) Find your Newton power supply model in the list below and click it. ATXPowerSupplies.com will suggest a compatible replacement. You can also try our electronic power supply selector to find the proper replacement for your computer power supply.

i look at some of them and they are high priced (i know price dosent mean anything)

A 200 Watt power supply likely isn't adequate and it is poor quality. If you use a cheap power supply you could possibly damage the components you are going buy. Get the XCLIO GOODPOWER 500 Watt Power Supply Bomberboysk suggested. It is good quality.

XCLIO GOODPOWER 500 Watt Power supply - $45

Just use integrated graphics for now, then later once you have some extra budget go for something like a 4650/4670, the 8400 isnt a whole lot better than the integrated graphics on the motherboard in this list, as it has some pretty good integrated graphics on it.

I kinda did that like 15 posts back:P With that you have plenty of room to upgrade gpu in the future, and ride on integrated until then. HD3200 are pretty good as far as integrated graphics are concerned.

Every thing you have picked is very good trust boomer about the 8650 it's what I have and I'm not to happy with it but I will be upgrading to a Phenom II 940 or so in a couple months.

First is because I payed $90 for it at eBay then I started using newegg and found out I could have got a way better CPU for like $20-$30 more. Also it's a little weak for me I do a lot of music/video editing for my band and it cant handle the big programs I use when I'm editing I sometimes have 5 or 6 programs opened at one time and my computer gets really slow. I am hoping once I get my new GPU it will handle it a little better.
