Leopold, what AMD processor model did you purchase? The Phenom II 965 processor?
Yeah, I got the black edition, i believe it was called.

The CPU voltage and CPU N/B voltage are two different settings. The CPU voltage is for the cores. The CPU N/B Voltage is the onboard memory controller. You should only have to raise the CPU N/B voltage if your overclocking your memory.
Bet you just havent found the right settings.
Here is what it says.
Intelligent overclocking tools
- AI Overclocking (intelligent CPU frequency tuner)
- ASUS AI Booster Utility
Precision Tweaker
- vDIMM: 8 -step DRAM voltage control
- vCore: Adjustable CPU voltage at 0.0125V increment
- vChipset 4-step Chipset voltage control
SFS (Stepless Frequency Selection)
- FSB tuning from 200MHz to 600MHz at 1MHz increment
- Memory tuning from 533MHz up to 1066MHz
- PCI Express frequency tuning from 100MHz up to 1066MHz at 1MHz increment
Overclocking Protection
- ASUS C.P.R.(CPU Parameter Recall)
I pulled the battery out of my motherboard today which reset my bios, i changed my FSB and my computer would not work, the monitor would stay blank and it wouldn't even make it to the bios. I have also checked sites now that say it has a max of 1.3, but before the update it was 1.7 or so it says in my users manual.Did you reset your bios after the update. I dont see any reason Asus would kill the voltage settings.
Download and install AMD Overdrive, see if it will allow you to increase the CPU voltage.
Are you using the multiplier or the bus to overclock? What CPU voltage have you got it at. On air cooling 3.7-3.9 is not bad.
