The fan i
Is this one good?

The graghics card
will this run cod4 with no lag and is it a reliable card?

Wifi
What do i need to add to make this be able to connect to a wifi network?

Any replies are GREATLY apreciated thanks :)

Instead of the Foxconn A7GM-S motherboard I would take a look at this motherboard:

GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard - $75
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128392&Tpk=GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard

I would also replace the Athlon II 240 processor with the below processor. The below processor has three times more high speed static RAM built into the processor:

AMD Phenom II 545 Callisto (3.0 gigahertz) Processor - $90

The GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard also uses faster DDR3 RAM. Here is some decent DDR3 memory:

SUPER TALENT 4 gigabytes (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit - $82

im kind of torn btw the 2 proccessors I mean my friend says its best to have more ghz per core than more cores.

So overall what do you think would get better frame rate with cod4

On the video card...

It costs less than the 4850 ill definately sub that in thanks

That's not always true, but you could always OC it :D

im gonna go with the 3.0 dual core because it seems like it would be better for what im trying to do
(light gaming and after effects)

For light gaming, you really don't need that much. For After Effects, you will definitely see a boost with a Quad core over a Dual core. While Mhz over cores especially was important when programs weren't optimized for multi-core, now it isn't a big deal.

You can still get the dual core, but for what you're doing, a Quad, IMO, would serve yor needs better. That 4870 will be amazing and you won't have any issue with gaming.

And the Athlon II is cheaper :D

If your already spending close to a 100 bucks for a processor. I would get either the 550BE or the 720BE. Both BE models and have close to a 50/50 chance of being unlocked. And the full 6MB. of L3
