Fan Headers

This is my first build and I had a question about fan headers. I was thinking of buying a ASUS P7P55D Pro motherboard which has 2 x Chassis Fan connector (1x4-pin, 1x3-pin) and 1 x Power Fan connector.
The case I have is a COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC which has three fans in it, one in the front one in the back and one on top, and all with four pin connectors. What is the best way to hook these into the board? Also how do I hook up another fan, if I need to, if there are no more fan headers on the board.

Thanks
John

Well the CPU fan header is right next to the heatsink. Case fans are normally molex connectors, so unless you REALLY want to plug those fans into the motherboard, you might be able to.

Ya I see two connectors for each fan one that would go on the board and then a molex. So do you only hook one of those up, either one on the board or the molex or do they both get hooked up.

I don't even use the case fan headers on the board. I just use the molex.

Running it off the molex would mean the fan runs all the time when the power is on, is that right? If you hook it to the mobo don't you have more control when it runs and at what rpm. Wouldn't it only need to run full out when the temp is high in the case, or doesn't it work that way.
