lubo4444 Active Member Mar 5, 2010 #2 Go to start menu and go to run command and type dxdiag and press enter. A window should pop up and on the system tab on the bottom it says what version of DirectX you have.

I'm trying to run GRID - and I'm getting the error message that the program can't start b/c d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
