Hey,

Coolant colors are by number... so after a while, I'll assign each number to a color and then you will vote then.

1)Blue
2)Red
3)Green
4)Purple
5)Black
5)Orange
6)Pink
7)White
8)Acid Green (Feser)
9)
10)

I'm just wondering what you guys would like to see my coolant color to be. It's for the Raidmax Aztec build that I'll post a picture of down below. I'm between a pump/res/rad combo, buying used pump, rad, and getting a T-line, or buying used pump, res, and rad... but that's not what this thread is about. This is about the color of the coolant that will be running through the tubes. It will be flowing over this block...

So colors like, say, yellow, wouldn't look very good on this... in my opinion. I'm completely neutral on color, I'd even go brown if you guys voted for it. The loop won't be made for quite a while, but when it's done, I'll get some pics. Here's the case it will go in... BTW, the Xigmatek Dark Knight in this pic will be for sale after the loop is built.

Ugh... bad pic, I know.

so which numbers are which colors?

Not assigned yet... 10 colors will be assigned as people suggest them.

Does anyone know how to change poll options? I wanted to be able to choose multiple options... but it's fine if it stays like this.

1) Blue
2) Red
3) Green
4) Purple
just put them in the original post and people will see them.

I put those in... any other suggestions? I'll accept a couple more basic colors, after that, you should post specific brands/shades.

5) Black
6) Orange
7) Pink (lol, i know, but it is still an option)
8) Clear
9) White

i don't really know enough about water cooling to name any specific brands.

I'd recommend using distilled water...and then getting a dye bomb/feser dye(john sells them, so does gary), keep away from pre mixed coolants. I like the way the feser UV blue dye looks personally.

Red imo. Green is the blue led fan of coolants. Meaning it seems overused.

I'd enjoy using red in my blue rig... put some UV lights on, it'd look pretty nice. But, like I said before, it all relies on the poll. Once I get all 10 slots full, if you want to vote for 2+ colors, just edit your post or make another post with the colors in pretty big font.

What happens if you get a tie? Tie-dye? lol

Green does look cool though, just I see it used so often that it kinda ruins it..

i guess you havent had the problem of the dye bombs seperating and leaving gunk behind in the water blocks? no>? well i have so i would advise to miss the dye bomb and go with a decent coolant with already mixed colours
