I have no idea what distro you are using anymore, but here's the page for your wifi card for debian:

Which says you just need to
apt-get install firmware-ipw2x00 wireless-tools
and reboot.
ThanksNyxCharon: Now i intalled XUNBUNTU and i like it but it suffers the same problem no wireless,i tryed a few distros mint14 kde,and nadia ,Lunbuntu don't install,
Debian 7,wheezy and now Xunbuntu both work on my machine but no wireless and no Flash player. and those items are very inportant to me,
