Hi gys.anybody here had luck with WINE Software, i'm trying to download an app for Firstrowsports win based and i seem not to make it work on Mint14KDE?

Try looking it up in the WINE compatibility database:
http://appdb.winehq.org/
If it's a common program, it's possible that other people have also tried to run it.

Thanks for the link; i can install the APP but when i try to open the Game link it asks for flash player and redirects me for it and on the list for wine on Ubuntu there is adobe flash player 11 ,I have Linux Mint14KDE,but i also can install Ubuntu 12.04 lts, you think that it will work,Thanks,

Then install flash in that wine prefix.

Then install flash in that wine prefix.

Thanks NyxxCharon; sorry but could you give detailed info, how to install flsh player in Prefix, forgive me my ignorance in theory terms ,but i'm not very savey,i realy don't know what is prefix! thanks.

You just said you needed flash for your program, and linked a guide to installing IE. So no.

You'd probably be better off installing windows in a virtual machine and using that.

Thanks NyxCharon, your suggest is valid but i don't want to spend any money on win ops since i have this great linux for free, that runs great, better than win on these older machines, well this is an extra that is not a big deal.

Hi guys: it's me again. Today red on some blog that this guy was runnig wine and flash player on KUBUNTU 12.4 kde so maybe i misunderstand him, so had a ISO cd of Kubuntu and there you go wiped out linuxmint14kde and installed kubuntu, so far i like it for better
it has Q4WINE on the repositories so i loaded up ,also uploaded the firstrowsports up but this time this Q4WINE presents me with a window ,see pic;is this Q4wine to run if you have win also installed or where i go from here,
