Try looking it up in the WINE compatibility database:

If it's a common program, it's possible that other people have also tried to run it.
Thanks for the link; i can install the APP but when i try to open the Game link it asks for flash player and redirects me for it and on the list for wine on Ubuntu there is adobe flash player 11 ,I have Linux Mint14KDE,but i also can install Ubuntu 12.04 lts, you think that it will work,Thanks,
Then install flash in that wine prefix.

You just said you needed flash for your program, and linked a guide to installing IE. So no.
You'd probably be better off installing windows in a virtual machine and using that.
