Thank You, that did the trick. Now my son wants Windows 8 reinstalled on his HP laptop. He is getting pop ups after pop ups. He will kill one and more keep poping up. His son puts all these video games on it and I think it got infected with all kinds of worm and trojan viruses. I have to find out what model he has and see what I can do without reinstalling the OS.
