SSD (solid state drives) are designed for the SAME purpose as the HDD (hard disk drives).
So if you have no money limit and performance and speed is the most important then buy the best and biggest SSD drive.

So no...you do NOT need the HDD for SSD to work properly.

I found brand new sealed Microsoft Visual Studio for 60 $ + shipping while on Amazon it was more than 300 $ + shipping which was also a lot bigger.
Same applies for MANY things I bought.
Ebay is always a lot cheaper.
Plus I can always make a good deal with the sellers PLUS many things I wanted to buy from Amazon cannot even ship to Croatia.

So yeah...eBay FTW!!! :D

The only time I would buy from Amazon is if I REALLY cannot find what I need on eBay.
And I have a feeling that is going to be pretty soon............dammit...:o

You do know that was probably being sold by someone, right? Not by a distributor. That's why it was so expensive :good:

I only buy things on Amazon that are fulfilled by Amazon. Only thing I buy from standard buyers are books.

eBay is very sketchy, many items are from China or elsewhere overseas and have long shipping times.

As Travis said, you need to buy items fulfilled by Amazon and not third parties. Software tends to be the same price no matter where you go, you probably bought a used copy off someone.

Yes I know all this.
The problem is that usually the things I am looking for are not new and cannot be found easily and in 99% cases they are not fulfilled by Amazon so I have no choice but to buy it from some seller wether it is on Amazon or eBay.

So yeah...I have no choice but to collect a lot of money and pay for it if I want to get it...unfortunately...
At least on eBay I find same items for a LOT lower prices plus sometimes sellers even lower me the price while on Amazon I was NEVER that lucky.

You're in the minority since you live in a small country, Croatia right? For people in the U.S., Canada, and I believe Europe Amazon.com has most items fulfilled by themselves and have lower prices.

You guys should be happy for where you live.
Hell just the freaking shipping costs and customs costs are huge already. :(

The good news is that I know how to search the products properly and most of the time I find what I need for reasonable costs.But not always...:(...
That is why I ALWAYS lose the entire day if neccessary just to find the thing I am looking for for the lowest cost as possible. :D
