I'm trying to connect my smartphone to my computer via Bluetooth so that I can access the files on my device like I do with the USB cable. I have contacted Samsung twice now and they keep telling me I can't access my files on the PC. I'm not trying to access files on the PC, but rather the phone like I would with the USB cable. And the fact I'm missing drivers was never touched on by Samsung support. Lame! So I'm asking here. I did install a massive 200 + MB file of Bluetooth drivers from the HP site and that didn't help. The following is my E-mail to Samsung:

Hi, the model number here for my phone isn't showing up. It's a Galaxy S4.
I'm having trouble using Bluetooth in Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit with my S4. When I go to the My Computer icon and try to open my phone it won't let me. I can play music, etc just can't access the files on the phone through Bluetooth. I see in device manager on my laptop that there are two drivers missing for Other Devices | Bluetooth Peripheral Device. I have the following hardware IDs:
BTHENUM\{936da01f-9abd-4d9d-80c7-02af85c822a8}_VID&00010075_PID&0100
BTHENUM\{936da01f-9abd-4d9d-80c7-02af85c822a8}_LOCALMFG&000f

My Bluetooth adapter is USB and it is a BCM 20702 Bluetooth 4.0
