I need help with my CPU

I have a i5-4690k and iobit system care 8. Everytime i open my computer the system care 8 says that my cpu usage would be at 100% and that my cpu temperature would be around +90-100c. And when i use the computer for long enough it gives me a blue screen and a whea-uncorrectable-error and turns it self off, what should I do?

I fixed it myself by applying more thermalpaste

was there any past on before?? and the paste has nothing to do that youre cpu usage is 100%
