I need help with my CPU

I have a i5-4690k and iobit system care 8. Everytime i open my computer the system care 8 says that my cpu usage would be at 100% and that my cpu temperature would be around +90-100c. And when i use the computer for long enough it gives me a blue screen and a whea-uncorrectable-error and turns it self off, what should I do?

I have a amd cpu, and my computer randomly locks up, every thing still seems to be working, but im thinking the cpu is shuting off.

What does this have to do with the op's i5, iobit software or blue screens?

????? you fixed it youre self by applying more thermal paste??? explain please, how much is on the cpu now then?
was there any past on before?? and the paste has nothing to do that youre cpu usage is 100%
