Cool!ok man. im trusting you, you know lol
Get this with Windows 10, a 4GB GTX 960 and maybe the Fractal Design Define R5 (if it's not too much more).
Lose the CPU cooler and get a Corsair CX600M instead of the 750W PSU if you need to save money to afford the 4GB graphics card or anything else. You don't need the cooler unless you're going to overclock. In the Fractal cases the CPU will be fine at stock speeds with the stock cooler. 600W will be fine for one 960, in fact a CX500M would do it with no problems and save you money.
Does it not come with one anymore? If so I didn't know that, thanks for letting me know. That 750W EVGA only $45 after MIR, that's why choosing it. I don't think Corsair CX any better.
You could consider cheap CX500M if not upgrade higher end GPU in future.
You can't lose the cooler as i5-6600K don't come with one.

Well you might as well get Windows 10 now.
You need a SATA SSD by the way. That board doesn't have an m.2 slot. Here you go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...&cm_re=samsung_850_evo-_-20-147-372-_-Product
