Turned Computer Off and now it dosent start! (SOLVED)

It's literally a battery on your motherboard.

Read the post that @johnb35 wrote earlier. I've attached it below. See bolded part.

Hdd is the hard drive. Would have to remove both cables to test. Cmos is what the motherboard runs off of.

Try doing this. Unplug power from power supply, remove Cmos battery from motherboard, press and hold the power button on the case for 10 seconds then wait 10 minutes. Then reinsert battery and reconnect power and try booting up.
 
Have you tried jumping the pins on the motherboard for the case power button. Could be a bad power button on the case.
 
So you didn't remove the cmos battery? If you don't want to do that then there is a clrtc jumper that you will need to move from one set of pins to the other for a few seconds then move it back. Do you have the owners manual handy? Looks on page 1-6 and its item #11
 
Plus when you reset the power supply. After you unplug it or flip the switch on the back. Push the power button a few times to discharge it.

What do you mean?

Could It be the Cables from the power supply to the motherboard?
