Hdd is the hard drive. Would have to remove both cables to test. Cmos is what the motherboard runs off of.
Try doing this. Unplug power from power supply, remove Cmos battery from motherboard, press and hold the power button on the case for 10 seconds then wait 10 minutes. Then reinsert battery and reconnect power and try booting up.

I've done that serveral timesPlus when you reset the power supply. After you unplug it or flip the switch on the back. Push the power button a few times to discharge it.
I did, I just didn't include it in the videoSo you didn't remove the cmos battery? If you don't want to do that then there is a clrtc jumper that you will need to move from one set of pins to the other for a few seconds then move it back. Do you have the owners manual handy? Looks on page 1-6 and its item #11
What do you mean?Have you tried jumping the pins on the motherboard for the case power button. Could be a bad power button on the case.
Make sure the 24 pin main connector and 4/8 cpu power connector are securely attached. Can you try a different power supply?Could It be the Cables from the power supply to the motherboard?
