The text in the top bar tells you the file location. Something called FileVDWW Version 6 in your startup folder. Some quick googling and I couldn't identify the program.

Looks like it's running some type of NET Framework update or something. Does that program name sound familiar? If not I'd probably get rid of it.

Regasm is an assembly registration tool which allows for registry entries and is usually used by visual studio, that's what looks like is being called/used by filevdww (unsure what that is)
I would start in safe mode and run a virus/Anti-Malware scan just to be sure nothing malicious is installed or made it's way on your pc and if you're still concerned enough then I would check any recently installed programs/updates that might've been done recently
A user from Tom's hardware had a similar issue with regasm (which looks like is being used in your cmd screenshot)
They had luck disabling something called nyan and nyanp in task scheduler but didn't say where specifically
If I were to guess it may be somewhere under .NET
I wouldnt do that first though, if at all, since it's unclear exactly what those do
Also if it's not causing a problem and a virus/Anti-Malware scan turns up empty it may be more trouble than it's worth

Well, I found that FileVDWW into that folder on disk C. I scanned that folder 'Startup' by windows 10 antivirus, but it doesn't show it's something wrong. I made a couple of screenshots of properties of that FileVDWW with tabs 'General' and 'Details'. Maybe it will be more clear what it is with the information of these screenshots though.

Look in the startup tab in task manager and see if it's listed there. Usually this means you have a program installed that requires net framework software.

Well, I checked out a task manager and I even don't know. Maybe that FileVDWW connected to a VPN which I installed not so long time ago. I downloaded that VPN with a torrent. What's about it?

Be careful what you download/torrent. Bet you picked up something nefarious, especially given the VPN name.

Yeah, I know, but I often don't have money to buy programs, because they are expensive for me. So, I download soft from the Internet. This is the real life. :D

Seems like malware, you could probably run Malwarebytes or something against it.
Guys, I see Beers recommended me to check my computer with https://www.joesandbox.com/analysis/373104/0/html . I'm sorry, but how to use it??? I'm a noob.

It was just a link that matched the title of the EXE that did an analysis on it, you don't really have to do anything with the information but as a result of it and just a general computing mentality I'd suggest running some sort of antimalware service especially if you're pirating from public trackers.
