If you don't touch the voltage, but just raise the CPU Frequency (Using Asus Program Suite). Should the temperature go up?
I began the quest of the 2.93ghz Intel E6600. I am at 2.66ghz right now (2.40 stock) and have raised the idle temp 2-3C. Going from 33-34 - 35-36.
Should I even touch the voltage? Does that have anything to do with performance?
EDIT: I am noticing now that... when I increased "CPU Frequency" it has raised the voltage from 1.32 to 1.34
