Actually there is more risk of losing your data because there are 2 potential points of failure.the risk isnt bigger as a single drive failing.
If the cable comes off while your PC is running it's gone. If you pull the cable while it's off you can reconnect it and it'll be fine.so all you have to do is replug it and you get all your data back?
They did - it's called Raid0+1.Gee, you would think the person who created RAID 0 would have made a function to prevent this...
