It would depend on the video card, but you should be fine with anything that's 'middle of the road'. Even the lower end Ultra V-Series units aren't that bad. Here's another option if you want to choose your own case & PSU:

i like the idea of this barebone much better because i can then pick my case and get a reliable PSU but is this brand of mother board any good? im not really looking to overclock it. this setup with a 7600gt be good until the new dx10 stuff comes out?

jamestheg, while that Hiper PSU looks good, you're paying a lot for those looks. Its performance is only average. Choose a GPU, and look for a PSU from there.
