More watts does NOT mean higher quality. There are plenty of POS 500 watt PSU's out there. Take a good look at PSU101.

Give it to someone you don't like In all seriousness, those PSUs are terrible.

If you want a case with a decent bundled PSU, take a look at this Athenatech case. The included PSU is a decent 400W Topower. If you'd rather get a separate (and better) PSU, the XClio 450BL is great for the money.

its a good psu, would be better if all the connections were sleeved not just the 20pin

The case fit both ATX/ mATX M/B according to the spec.
