Xp Boot Up Question

Hello, i just installed service pack 2 and multiple updates.. I don't know if its after that or before but however i have a white bar that runs along the bottom of the screen right before the Xp logo with the blue sliding car starts up... Is this normal or a glitch? Does everyone else have this loading type bar before that? Thanks.. Mike

blue sliding car? I don't think I have ever ran into that before. It doesn't sound normal at all.
