Anyone know how to accomplish this?
They each need to be independent of the other, not a clone view.
I know how to do it from the OS end, I need to know how to do it from the hardware side. 3 video cards? SLI? Can PCIe handle this?
Any and all ideas are appreciated!
Thanks!
EDIT: Hi, and thanks for the help!
The reason I need 5 is this: I have a buddy who is a professional poker player, and is upgrading his system to make it easy and more convenient to use. He plays 4 tables of online poker at once, and needs the fifth to be his "command console", where you set up the games, stats program, etc.
In regards to the original post, research here and in other venues indicates that multiple video cards will work.
My question now is this: Do I just slap 3 dual output video cards into PCI slots, and go? I don't need anything fancy, as the poker clients are definitely not graphics intense. What I am concerned about is how 3 video cards will interface with the OS (Windows XP or Vista, I can install either one on the system.) Do I have to worry about any conflicts? Will the OS recognize 3 video cards?
Thanks for any help!
