i have a problem... its kinda complicated. i have an HP dv9000z with windows vista and XP dual booted. i was on a long trip, and i was bord, so i started fiddling with underclocking, to get better battery life. i was in XP at the time, and used Rightmark CPU Clock Utility to underclock it. i really had no idea what i was doing, but i figured i could hit the "back to defaults" button if i screwed anything up. well, i also fiddled with my dual booting software and long and short of it is: windows vista is underclocked to .8ghz per core and i dont know how to put it back. can anyone help my clock my computer back up to 2.0ghz per core, where it was before i screwed it up? if i need to provide any info, just ask.
