*sigh* it seems as you too are interpreting the core temperatures as the processor says..I'll simplify by only saying what the bios says. At stock voltage and speed, bios reports about 29C under load for me. If I leave it at stock speed, I can lower the voltage to 1.25 and have it still be stable, so this drops to about 26C under load.
look, the only reason I've been stressing that people should worry about core temps and ignore what the bios gives is because that's what all the other forums and people say to do, but you all seem to focus on the bios temperature so here you go >_>.
If this were a poll I'd vote on you getting the e6850. But everyone else on this one forum seems to disagree, so choose what you will. I'm suggesting this from my regret of choosing the q6600 over the e6850.
