Whats this when i go to post?

i always get it, whatever the section im posting in

I've never noticed before so I went to the "Post your desktop" and "Post reply" and I get the same blog message. No other thread shows it.

Could a Mod explain to us please.

even if he got banned for photoshoping that into there, who cares? he could have just asked people to see it and link it in a thread specifically for it instead of going to lengths like that.

That's very true but as a former member was slated for bringing it up, someone, somewhere must have an explanation for this. Does someone in the know have a reason for not explaining? or is it a case of "mind your own business"

Because like most members we look for answers to things we don't know, I'm intrigued as to why it's there.
