Hello computer geeks,
Let me start by stating my computer IQ: Not much.
I can get around the internet, hook up simple hardware (scanners, printers, etc.), navigate windows pretty well (but could definitely use some help on some stuff) , but software and such I don't really know much about. I'm interested in building my own PC after seeing some really cool custom built ones at a friends house. Obviously I need to read and research before going about this daunting task. For this first time in my life I'm actually interested in computers and really pimpin out my own system.
Can anyone point me in the right direction (links, or a good book preferably) as to where to look to master the basic of hardware and software before I attempt to build my own system?
Thanks!
