I have an HP desk top PC that I purchased new in June 2007.
4 times since June I have had to return it to the Circuit Cuty Store where I bought it to have it checked out because it has an error message and a black screen saying "boot disk failure. Insert system disc and press enter."
It is locked up and nothing works.
It has been sent back to HP and returned un-
repaired and now I am told that I have to have it sent back again and wait 2 more weeks and see if they fix it this time. They said if it happens again they will think about replacing it.
It this acceptable!?
I think not but I may be wrong.
