P182 looks better than I thought![]()
No, it wasn't an issue of not fitting. Size-wise, it fit perfectly. I just couldn't get the thing snapped in place properly. It could easily have been my own fault, even though I followed all the directions.
The stock cooler used the same method (pins) and I got it installed in seconds. That was after spending two days messing around with the F7 Pro, so maybe I just got better at it.![]()
Last time, I upgrade my PC with freezer 7 pro, I end up with cutting my hand as the edge of my case too sharp![]()
At the end, I need to un-screw and un-plug my motherboard to do so... supposingly a 30 min job become 2.5hr...
EDIT: The only thing I don't like about the mobo is the placement of the HD Audio pins.![]()
Looks nice! Congrats on your first build![]()
Think about purchasing another internal hard drive or external hard drive for backups.![]()
I do have a little external 60GB HD that I use to back up small stuff, like program configurations, music, stuff like that. Nothing too big though.
without having to reinstall Windows and all your programs, games
Ah, you just reminded me I forgot to backup my Oblivion save files! I better hope nothing bad happens between now and when I get home!![]()
ha ha. It's just a good precaution to take. That's all. I should have stated, "in the rare event you have severe problems..."![]()
good stuff
how much did it cost you at the end?
