Windows 8.1 has that too. Seriously, I can understand not moving to 10 but staying with 8 and not upgrading to 8.1 is quite the mistake. 8.1 is 8, but better, more stable and with less security breaches. I highly recommend at least upgrading to 8.1.

Either that or upload it on a dropbox account or something similar.

I would upgrade to 10 but if you don't like it at least go to 8.1. 8 was a mess and 8.1 was way more stable.

A core I7 is an overkill for gaming, you can get awesome performance with an I5. That being said, I assumed it was for gaming, do you do anything else with your computer?

Is it 800 in romanian currency or really 800$? Because that's a hell lot for your age, I don't think I ever had more than 300$ before my first work when I was 18. Spoiled child maybe not, depends on how they acted while giving it to you and how much they "spoil' you or not during the year.
