    Internet Programming

PHP will probably be the best for use with databases (such as MySQL) they work well together and are relatively easy to pick up, there is ASP which is probably microsoft's closest equivalent of PHP, although PHP is more widely accepted. And perl, this, imo, is more complex than PHP but i don't...

    Wtb: Os

    1. Yes, that's the full version, don't get much fuller than that 2. Well, you could always give linux a go - http://www.ubuntu.com/ it's free, so you can't really complain at that. Other than that there isn't really a cheaper version of XP.

    Building a website

You may want to look at dreamhost, they are pretty good but if you are expecting a huge number of visitors/customers to your website you may want a dedicated server, DH offer zen-cart as a one click install, and you get a free domain, so if you want ti simple they will pretty much do it all for you.

    PC building tips

Don't just shove everything in the case, think about it logically, maybe put the motherboard in first, as putting in optical drives may make it more difficult, and if you have a case with an exhaust fan pre-installed at the back, take it out, it will give you much more room to work with. Oh, and...

What Info gets sent with Wi-FI

As trizoy says,if it is run by the city then your company can't really stop you. And you can disable file/printer sharing on your computer and change it's name so that it appears differently/doesn't appear at all on the network. Although this sounds a bit suspicious to me: Why would you not...

    Car or Computer?

Although you could get the computer, which will probably be cheaper than the car, make some money online using the computer then buy a car. But if you have both already (and i see you have a Core 2 Extreme and 6 cars) then save the money ;) So I vote neither, even though it isn't an option

    Nvidia or ATI

I've got Nvidia at the moment (well, temporarily integrated) but am getting an ATI soon, becuase it seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I have no preference, and don't knwo a lot about graphics. I have never used ATI before, but Nvidia seems to have lots of options

    Adsense!

It's not necessarily a different IP each time when going through a proxy, as the proxy I use which i have set up records the IP address, and ISP and New Dream Network, my web host. Clicking my own ads isn't something I'd consider, and they may also be able to track you through cookies, if some...
