Yes, the only problem I've seen so far is that it runs at 1.87ghz instead of 2.33ghz and the multiplier won't change for some reason.

Are all socket 775 Heatsinks universal? The reason I'm asking is because I just got the Rosewill RCX-Z90-AL and it doesn't seem to fit on my mobo. I don't know if I'm just having trouble installing it or if there is something I was supposed to check that I didnt or what. Thanks, -Zach
